The best projects start with a clear, short brief. Not a novel. Five honest answers.
1. What do you do, in one line?
Skip the mission statement. "We roast and ship specialty coffee" is perfect.
2. Who buys from you?
Parents, gamers, gym regulars. The audience shapes the whole vibe.
3. Show me three things you like
Brands, characters, even a movie poster. I learn more from examples than adjectives.
4. Where will it live?
A sign, an app icon, a coffee bag. Knowing this changes how I build the art.
5. What's your deadline and budget?
Tell me early. It saves us both time and keeps the quote honest.
That's it. Send those five and we're already halfway to something good.
